📜 MedClub Pro – Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 17, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MedClub Pro ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform.

2. Service Overview

MedClub Pro is a Mediterranean business network platform enabling:

  • 🔶 Leaders to build and manage their own paid member networks
  • 🔷 Members to access exclusive business opportunities
  • 🎁 Transparent referral rewards and structured upgrades
  • 💳 Peer-to-peer and platform-supported payment systems

3. User Roles & Responsibilities

3.1 Leaders
  • • Pay €100/month to maintain active status
  • • May build multiple groups with up to 5 members each
  • • May charge members up to €100/month (no more)
  • • Must approve all new member requests
  • • Eligible for referral rewards and bonuses
  • • Must comply with platform rules and referral obligations
3.2 Members
  • • Pay €100 one-time join fee to MedClub Pro
  • • May pay up to €100/month to their Leader (optional)
  • • Can upgrade to Leader after referring 5 members
  • • Must be approved by their chosen Leader before joining
  • • Must fulfill all payment and community standards
3.3 Admin
  • • Oversees platform, security, and policy enforcement
  • • Verifies user payments and compliance
  • • Manages support, disputes, and growth
  • • May approve new Leader slots beyond capacity

4. Payment Structure

4.1 Fixed Platform Fees

Leader Subscription: €100/month – Required for all Leaders

Member Join Fee: €100 one-time – Paid directly to MedClub Pro

*Join fee is non-refundable unless legally required.
4.2 Leader Service Payments
  • • Max charge: €100/member/month
  • • Leaders may offer custom rates or promotions
  • • Leaders must not exceed the €100 cap
4.3 Optional Platform Collection

If Leaders choose platform-based billing:

  • • Platform retains 20% of collected funds
  • • Leader receives 80% payout
  • • No fees for peer-to-peer direct payments

5. Referral System

5.1 Member to Leader Conversion
  • • When your Member becomes a Leader, you get 1 free month (€100 value)
  • • New Leader begins paying MedClub Pro directly
  • • Relationship resets—no further payments to original Leader
5.2 Member Referrals
  • • When a Member refers another Member, the Leader must grant the referring Member 1 free month of service
  • • This reward is Leader-funded
  • • Join fee of €100 to MedClub Pro still applies
5.3 Referral Rules
  • • €100 join fee is always required
  • • No onboarding without Leader review and approval
  • • Referral perks never waive platform obligations
5.4 Leader Milestone Bonus

€500 Bonus for every 25 direct referrals who become Leaders

  • • All must be active and verified
  • • Paid directly by MedClub Pro
  • • Automatically tracked in dashboard
  • • Repeatable with each set of 25 conversions

6. Capacity & Limitations

  • 👥 100 Leader cap (Admin can extend at discretion)
  • 5️⃣ 5 Members max per network
  • ✅ All Member payments must be verified
  • 👤 Leaders must manually approve each Member application

7. User Obligations

All users agree to:

  • • Keep profile and payment info accurate
  • • Pay fees on time
  • • Respect other users and platform rules
  • • Report violations

8. Prohibited Activities

Strictly prohibited:

  • • Circumventing payment system
  • • Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits
  • • Fraud or misrepresentation
  • • Harassment or discrimination
  • • Using platform for illegal purposes
  • • Tampering with platform security

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy:

  • • Your data is securely stored
  • • We comply with EU data protection laws
  • • We only share data as needed for service functionality
  • • You may request data deletion at any time

10. Billing Terms

  • • All payments in Euros (€)
  • • Fees are billed monthly (Leaders) or one-time (Members)
  • • Payments via approved methods only
  • • Failed payments may result in suspension
  • • Refunds only available where required by law

11. Account Termination

Accounts may be terminated:

  • • At user's request
  • • For unpaid fees
  • • For violation of terms
  • • At platform discretion for business or legal reasons
12. Limitation of Liability

MedClub Pro is not liable for:

  • • Indirect or incidental damages
  • • Lost income or business disruption
  • • Disputes between users
  • • External payment processor issues
  • • Temporary service outages
13-15. Legal Terms

Dispute Resolution:

  • • First via internal support
  • • Then via mediation or arbitration
  • • Governed under EU jurisdiction

Changes & Governing Law:

  • • 30 days' notice for term updates
  • • Governed by EU law
